Step 1 |

| Carefully package and send your reels
to: FACTORY REPAIR SERVICE PENN FISHING TACKLE 3028 W. HUNTING PARK AVE. PHILADELPHIA, PA 19132 We recommend you send your reels to Penn via UPS so that the shipment can be tracked and we can verify receipt of your goods. |

To facilitate the processing of your reels, please fill out a Penn Repair Information Form and include it with your shipment. Include your name and address, and a way (or ways)
for us to contact you, either by phone or email. Provide the best time
to contact you, either at home or at work. You should include your credit
card number, expiration date, name on card and type of card. This will
help speed up your transaction. If you do not include your credit card
information, we will contact you when your reels arrive at Penn, and get
all necessary credit card information before we begin working on your
reels. |

| If you require an estimate, you must note this on the “special instructions” section of the repair form or in your correspondence. If you do not require an estimate and all of the required information is provided, your reel will be entered into our system and the following charges will be applied to your credit card once the repair is complete: | ![]() |

Step 3 |

| Each of your reels will be scanned so we can track them in our system and keep them secure at all times. We have set up a locked cage system to ensure that your reels will be properly taken care of while in our possession. If you have any questions about your reels once they are at Penn, feel free to call anytime for a status update | |||||||||||

Step 4 |

|||||||||||
| Each of your reels will diagnosed, repaired and cleaned by one of our expert technicians. We have the best repair technicians in the business, with combined experience of over 130 years. Our most senior member, Jerry Keimer, has been fixing Penn reels for 47 years, and we're hoping he stays for another 47 years. | ![]() |

| Upon completion of work, your reels
will be carefully packaged and sent back to you by UPS. We can track every
shipment, and if you provide us with your email address, we will send you
a link to monitor your shipment on the UPS website. |
