Example:
Assume your 5500SS is sent to Penn for repairs.
The reel is assessed a $9 fee to diagnose what is wrong, scan it
into our system, secure it, track it, handle it, and package it for return.
The actual labor to repair the reel is prorated based on 40 cents per
minute.
Assume this particular job takes 60 minutes, the cost would be $24 (60x.40).
Assume that this job required $15 in parts.
Finally, assume that the UPS shipping charge is $8.
The total cost of the job would be $56,
calculated as follows -
$9 for Handling and Diagnosis
$24 for Labor Repair
$15 for Parts; and
$8 for Shipping.
