COLUMBIA, S.C. – The team on Miss Britt, Captained by Ray Rosher and sponsored by PENN fishing tackle, were able to fish their way to a first place finish at the 18th annual AT&T Jeb Bush Florida Classic, which is sponsored by The Wasie Foundation and presented by BB&T, Ford and Premier Beverage. Each year the tournament raises money for the Wasie Foundation. This year, the event raised more that $6 million, helping to fund the Foundation’s cutting edge research.
“The Jeb Bush Classic is one that we don’t want to miss,” said Rosher. “The cause for this tournament supports is amazing. Miss Britt is fortunate to have great sponsors, and we couldn’t have done this without them.”
As a special award for the first place team, Artist David Wirth designed a custom hook trophy to commemorate the victory. Second Place winners were The Edge and third place went to Weez in The Keys.
