Reels requiring service should be sent postage paid to the PENN Factory Service Department. For warranty consideration a dated proof of purchase must be included with returned product.
Shipping Instructions
With your reel please enclose your dated proof of purchase and a short note describing the problem.
To protect your reel against damage or loss in transit, please package carefully and be sure to adequately insure the package. Please retain all shipping reciepts. We recomend you send your reels to PENN via UPS so that the shipment can be tracked and we can verify reciept of your goods.

Include your name and address, (we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes) and a way (or ways)
for us to contact you, either by phone or email. Provide the best time
to contact you, either at home or at work. You should include your credit
card number, expiration date, name on card and type of card. Note: We accept MasterCard and Visa.

If all of the required information is provided, your reel will be entered into our system. Upon completion of the repair we will notify you of the total repair costs. Upon your acceptance of the charges the costs will be applied to your credit card and your reels will be sent back to you via FedEx.
The following repair charges apply:
- Handling/Processing/Packaging/Diagnosis/Supplies Fixed fee = $9.00 per reel
- Flat Labor rate = Based on model as listed below.
- Parts = Per Consumer Price List
- Shipping = Per FedEx rates
