PENN REEL REPAIR PRICES (Effective May, 2009)
The following repair charges apply:
- Handling/Processing/Packaging/Diagnosis/Supplies Fixed fee = $10.00 per reel
- Flat Labor rate = Based on model as listed below.
- Parts = Per Consumer Price List
- Shipping = Per UPS rates

Example:
Assume your Senator 113 is sent to Penn for repairs.
The reel is assessed a $10.00 fee to diagnose what is wrong, secure it, track it, handle it, and package it for return.
The flat labor rate to repair the reel is $25.00
Assume that this repair required $15 in parts.
Finally, assume that the FedEx shipping charge is $8.00
The total cost of the repair would be $58.00
calculated as follows -
